What is your primary product or service?
Integration Design, Installation, Service and support of Security systems, either hosted or onsite.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owners are Mechanical Engineers and MBA's, always interested in solving customer's problems. The strong desire to be of exceeding value to our customers is what has driven this company for 45 years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have several degreed engineers on staff - all actively engaged with customers and their systems. We also have 4 Master level techs and many other brand technical certifications at work for our customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 4 in Michigan now - Detroit, Grand Rapids, Saginaw and Traverse City. Expansion could include areas such as Cleveland, OH.
