How long have you been in business?
The Grand Rapids Fun Services office began in 1968...making us over 40 years old.
What is your primary product or service?
We have several: Special Events, Fun Fairs, Santa's Secret Shop, and Fundraising such as World's Finest Chocolate.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We are second generation. We grew up in the business - went to school - and decided to continue on in it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Superior service for a fair price....maybe not the least expensive but you WILL be a satisfied customer and feel like you got your dollars worth.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There are over 25 independently owned and operated Fun Services offices across the United States with 3 of them located in Michigan.

We are just East of M-37 (East Beltline/Broadmoor) on 44th Street on the South side of the road.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa and Discover

We are family owned and operated

Our showroom is open from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. We are available by appointment and for special events whenever you need us.
