What is your primary product or service?
Home Inspections.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always had a love for houses, especially the older ones and the stories they hold.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We don't try to fit two or three inspections in in a day, usually one. This gives us the time to really be thorough with your house and take as much time as we need.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only plan to stay in west Michigan.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit Card, PayPal, Cash
Which areas do you service?
West Michigan area. Will travel around Michigan too from time to time. I tend to make a day or two of the ones that are further away so i can see the towns.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do.
What are your hours of operation?
Basically i always have the phone on.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I had one realtor say that the seller didnt even know his house had a fire before he bought the house himself. His home inspector never saw it.
