How long have you been in business?
We opened our store in the fall of 2009.
What is your primary product or service?
We carry a full line of mattresses including traditional innerspring and foam-encased innerspring sets. We also have several options in memory foam and gel-infused memory foam. We have a great selection of mattresses in the entry-level category, as well as mid-level type mattresses as well as luxury sets.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are far different than the big chain mattress stores. For starters, we don't work on commission and do not steer our customers to spend more than they want to. We are perfectly happy selling you a $399 mattress and will not look down on you if you can't afford to spend $1,000. We also offer same-day delivery. And probably the most important difference is we have better prices than all of our competitors.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently just have the one location although we are looking to expand in the future.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located just south of West River Drive on Northland Drive on the east side of the street. If you're coming to us from the Rockford area, when you cross the river, we are the fourth building on the left. If you're headed north on the East Beltline, we are on the right just past the traffic light at Versluis Street, about 3/8 of a mile
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as cash and checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of west Michigan.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. Sunday from Noon to 4 p.m.
