How long have you been in business?
I started my business in October of 2009. I have over 25 years experience as a bookkeeper. My current and past experience has been in the construction industry, automotive retail business, property management and service industry.
What is your primary product or service?
Bookkeeping services, accts. payable, accts receivable, payroll, financial reports. Other services available.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been a very organized, detailed person, therefore I thought bookkeeping would be a good fit for me. I have over 25 years experience as a bookkeeper. My current and past experience has been in the construction industry, car wash/oil change business and property management.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I keep my rates low to stay affordable for small businesses. I have a flexable schedule. I provide services in my home office, keeping costs down for my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently work out of my home office. At the time I do not have plans to expand.
What type of payments do you accept?
I currently accept cash or checks.
Which areas do you service?
I prefer to stay on the Northwest side, but I have clients in Cascade, Grand Rapids, Comstock Park, Hudsonville, Zeeland and even Texas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My self, Kathy Hiestand, I am the owner and I run daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
At this time my hours are very flexible.
