How long have you been in business?
Since October 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been interested in the Accounting field since my senior year in high school. Since then, I went on to obtain my Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and my Masters of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. I have worked for several businesses including a forklift dealership, an automotive parts manufacturer, a computer network company, an office supply distributor and a janitorial supply business as their Accountant.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a non-CPA and thus I can charge much less that a public accounting firm. I will train clients to use their accounting software in order to record their daily business transactions. I will make evening appointments whenever necessary for the client.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, I have only one location and yes I have plan to expand to a second location within 5 years.
What type of payments do you accept?
Checks, cash and Pay Pal at the current time.
Which areas do you service?
Northern Grand Rapids area including Walker, Comstock Park, Rockford, Belmont and Sand Lake.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and run this company.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday - 10:00 am until 6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am until 1:30 pm Closed Sunday. Evening hours by appointment only.
